Towards a Strong and Successful ACDS: Energizing our Sector’s Leaders

Join us from 10:00am - 5:00pm on September 27 for this exclusive event for senior executives of ACDS Member organizations. This first in-person Leadership Event in over two years will provide an opportunity to:

• reconnect with peers
• refocus our energy
• reignite hope and passion for the important work we do

We will explore our individual and collective roles in supporting ACDS to succeed in advancing our shared goals for a strong CDS sector.

Facilitated by ACDS leadership staff, the day will:

• Provide opportunities for positive personal reflections on why we serve in the CDS sector. Following two extremely challenging years, journey collaboratively with peers to reflect on why we do this crucial work.
• Consider how ACDS has successfully supported you as you lead your organizations, and how we can support you better.
• Learn how membership engagement and connectivity are essential for ACDS’ advocacy success, and explore opportunities for stronger engagement with ACDS and with each other.
• Leave you reconnected, re-engaged and ReCharged!

Following the facilitated sessions, the ACDS Board Membership Engagement Committee will host networking and engagement session for sector leaders from 3:00pm - 5:00pm.
