New Course! 

We are pleased to launch Excellence in Disability Supports (EiDS), a specialized, competency-based training course for emerging and new community disability services professionals, as well as experienced staff looking to strengthen their skills and enhance the quality of services they provide. Grounded in person-centered, rights-based approaches, this comprehensive course equips participants with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to deliver high-quality supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Participants will explore a wide range of topics, from the historical and social understanding of disability to infection prevention and control in disability services settings.

EiDS offers rich, valuable learning that supports professional growth and strengthens service delivery, making it an essential training opportunity for professionals across the sector. 

Format: Online, mentor-led and self-paced, completed over 20–24 weeks.
