Alberta Learning Information Service (ALIS) ALIS provides a variety of downloadable workplace resources on managing work relationships, employer/employee rights and responsibilities, as well as occupational profiles and salary ranges for those profiles for different localities in Alberta for HR planning. http://alis.alberta.ca/

Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Saftey (CCOHS) CCOHS supports the occupational health and safety education and training of people. We offer OSH-related training courses, special programs, workshops and presentations, some of which are accessible online. http://www.ccohs.ca/education/

Career Development Association of Alberta (CDAA) Provides resources suited to the needs of career and employment counselors including those working in supported employment roles. www.careerdevelopment.ab.ca

Children's Link Society A family-centered, community-based, central access point of information for families of children with special needs in Calgary and Area. Essential Learning Online Staff Training The Developmental Disabilities Open Library of online courses has hundreds of offerings on just about every imaginable training topic for boards, managers, supervisors, disability services workers and specialists in health and mental health. Imagine Canada Non-profit Library has resource guides that provide short lists of the best reports, research, etc. on topics of importance to charities and nonprofits, in particular, governance, fundraising, HR and accountability. http://library.imaginecanada.ca/

Quality Mall Each of the "Mall stores" has departments you can look through to learn about positive practices that help people with developmental disabilities live, work and participate in our communities and improve the quality of their supports. http://www.qualitymall.org
